Trip Description

The Out is one of Hatta’s most incredible camping sites, where guests can enjoy all Arabian activities. Living in Arabian tents and having BBQ is only one part of this great activity. The Out activity gives you the one chance to open a tent in the Dubai desert and enjoy cooking and drinking like traditional Arabian society. The Out has various packages, and in each of them, there are different types of fun. At Diala Travel & Tourism, we offer all our guests unique services such as Horse riding, Parking facilities, Housekeeping service, Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian varieties, and Free Wi-Fi available in the reception area. The Diala Travel & Tourism team is responsible for the trip’s security and tries to keep everything according to high standards. Remember that the pick-up times mentioned for the locations are not exact; the driver will confirm the actual time with you. However, please be ready between 2:00PM and 3:00PM, as the driver cannot wait for anyone who arrives late. Arrive at the confirmed pick-up place on time.

Location

The Out is located in Hatta. Hatta is an exclave of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, high in the Hajar Mountains. The restored, centuries-old Hatta Heritage Village features a defensive tower, stone houses with palm-frond roofs, and falaj, the traditional water system. Other exhibits include traditional weapons, furniture and crockery. At the nearby Hatta Dam, the Hatta Reservoir Visitor Point overlooks the pools of striking green water.

Experience

The First Day

• 4:00 PM: Arrival & Check-in

The check-in process is based on the tickets the guests have bought; the guests will be guided to their tent or Caravan so they can familiarize themselves with the environment.

• 5:00 PM: Orientation & Basic Training

it is obligatory that all the guests have a brief introduction, and since they are not pro camper, they should pass some training as well

• 6:00 PM: Majlis Opening

There is an opening ceremony called Majlis, where all the guests come together to be a part of a traditional event or group activity

• 7:00 PM: Fire Place Gathering

The organizer will set a fire, and guests can get together to socialize and have casual conversations.

• 8:00 PM: Fire Grill – BBQ Provided

the organizers will provide all the BBQ equipment, and to bond with eachother the guests should cook the meal by themselves, of course, a chef will be present

• 10:00 PM: Movie Screening

Based on the latest trend, a movie will be selected, and guests can enjoy watching on a video projector and under the dark sky

• 12:00 AM: Bedtime

At the end of the night, all the lights will be turned off, and guests can enjoy the rest of the night in their tents.

The Second Day

• 7:00 AM: Breakfast

The guests can enjoy a healthy breakfast which combines different cuisines and have a healthy meal at the start of the day

• 11:00 AM: Check-out

at the end, guests check out and will be transported to the city
