Know before you go

• Activities Participants are Required to checkin at our center 10-15 min prior the activities scheduled time
• Participants must be min 12 years old and above
• Participants 12 to 16 years old must have a guardian to sign a liability release form
• Not following the instructors instructions can lead to a cancellation of your session, safety always comes first
• Hydro has the right to cancel-reschedule-the session in case of weather changes

• Non-Refundable
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
