Clients assume all risks; dojoin is not liable for injuries, losses, or delays.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.) absolve dojoin of liability with no refunds issued.

Child policy

Teens (13+ years): Are subject to the full adult price.

Infants (0–3 years): Travel free of charge. Infants are required to be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult and do not occupy a separate seat.

Children (4–12 years): Private Services: Full price applies.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.

Non-Refundable

Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.

Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.

Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately.
